Job Summary

Overseeing key components of revenue cycle operations, the full-time Director of Billing Operations will manage billing for home health, DME/HME, and infusion/pharmacy services while optimizing revenue streams and ensuring compliance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize revenue streams and enhance cash flow across various billing operations
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and manage vendor and client relationships
• Collaborate with departments to streamline processes and implement best practices in revenue cycle management

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in healthcare administration, finance, business administration, or a related field
• 7+ years of experience in revenue cycle management
• 3+ years of related management experience
• Master's Degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
