Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all initial claim generation and submission processes
• Ensure timely and accurate claim submission while maintaining clean claim rate targets
• Lead billing managers and supervisors, managing both offshore and onshore billing teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; relevant experience may substitute for formal education
• 8-10+ years of revenue cycle experience, with a focus on billing operations
• Strong knowledge of claim submission, payer requirements, and denial management
• Experience managing both onshore and offshore teams
• Familiarity with billing systems (e.g., Tebra or similar platforms)
