Director of Billing Services

Job Summary

To drive operational excellence in billing services, the full-time salaried Director of Billing Services will oversee Patient Research and Call Center teams, ensuring efficient and compliant billing operations while maximizing reimbursement and client satisfaction in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple layers of leadership across Patient Research and Call Center teams
• Establish long-term operational goals focused on scalability, efficiency, compliance, and client outcomes
• Oversee daily billing operations across the full revenue cycle, ensuring high performance and compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in revenue cycle management or healthcare billing
• 5+ years of senior leadership experience managing large, multi-functional teams
• Deep expertise across the full revenue cycle, including patient research, coding, billing, QA, and collections
• Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and EMS billing regulations
