Director of BIM Technology
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and AI-forward Director of BIM Technology in a full-time remote role, who will manage BIM standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and drive digital delivery and automation initiatives to enhance project outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Own and maintain firmwide BIM standards, templates, and governance processes
- Develop and implement BIM-specific quality assurance methodologies and conduct audits
- Translate production challenges into business requirements for automation tools and establish sustainable workflows
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in BIM, VDC, or digital delivery roles
- Expert-level proficiency in Revit and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud and Navisworks
- Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues related to BIM
- Experience developing and enforcing BIM execution plans across multiple projects
- Proven automation literacy through tools like Dynamo and Revit API workflows
