Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director, Biomarker Operations & Translational Medicine.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead biomarker strategy and support Phase 1 and Phase 2 study planning
• Collaborate with Translational Medicine and Clinical Operations on biosample plans and logistics
• Oversee selection and governance of central and specialty labs while ensuring compliance and readiness

Required Qualifications

• Experience in building or scaling biomarker operations across multiple clinical programs
• Proven leadership in managing teams of Biomarker Operations Managers
• Expertise in biospecimen management and vendor governance
• Familiarity with GCP/GLP/GCLP compliance and audit readiness
• Ability to navigate high-growth, complex operational environments
