Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the statistical program strategy for complex programs
• Influence product lifecycle through Evidence Generation Plans in collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Oversee statistical contributions to key product-related documentation and ensure high statistical standards

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in Statistics/Biostatistics with post-graduate experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical research (8 years minimum)
• Master's degree in Statistics/Biostatistics or related subject with high statistical content (10 years minimum)
• Experience in Oncology/Hematology therapy area is preferred
• Proven leadership and resource management skills
• Ability to manage and develop staff effectively
