Director of Biostatistics

Job Summary

Providing statistical leadership for clinical development, the full-time remote Director of Biostatistics will manage statistical support for pipeline compounds, oversee clinical trial designs, and ensure the quality of deliverables from statistical vendors.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide statistical input for clinical development plans and collaborate on clinical trial designs
• Author statistical methods sections of protocols and ensure accuracy in randomization algorithms
• Manage statistical vendors to implement study statistical analysis plans and deliver results efficiently

Required qualifications:

• PhD in Statistics or Biostatistics with at least 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
• Proven expertise in clinical trial design, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience authoring study statistical analysis plans and managing statistical vendors
• Proficiency in statistical programming languages, particularly SAS
• Strong knowledge of regulatory guidance relevant to clinical trials
