Director of Biostatistics Programming

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Biostatistics Programming to lead and oversee the biostatistics programming function in support of clinical development programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the biostatistics programming function, ensuring quality oversight and compliance
• Oversee the development and validation of statistical programs for clinical trial data analysis
• Drive the development and adoption of automation and process improvement initiatives in programming

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Statistics, Biostatistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (PhD preferred)
• 10+ years of experience in statistical programming within biotech/pharma/CRO, including leadership roles
• Experience leading late-phase study deliverables and supporting regulatory submissions
• Expert knowledge of clinical trial statistical programming and associated documentation
• Advanced proficiency in SAS and working proficiency in R or other programming tools
