Director of Blue Services

Job Summary

Leading the highest-complexity client engagements, the full-time salaried Director of Blue Services will manage relationships with major clients, develop the Program Executive team, and build operational infrastructure to ensure successful outcomes across multiple work-streams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the senior relationship holder for major Blue accounts, acting as a strategic partner in portfolio development and project decisions
• Lead and develop the Program Executive team, providing coaching and performance management while overseeing engagement strategies
• Establish operational standards and governance for Blue engagements, ensuring effective resource management and communication protocols

Required qualifications

• Deep fluency in utility-scale solar/BESS with experience in portfolio development, capital deployment, or project finance
• Proven track record in managing complex, multi-workstream programs and developing senior individual contributors
• Experience building systems and processes within a services firm delivering managed services or owner's rep programs
• Strong negotiation skills for resource commitments across teams without creating adversarial dynamics
• Working knowledge of Development and/or Engineering & Construction is a strong plus
