Job Summary

Owning Stord's brand strategy and communications, the full-time Director of Brand and Communications will lead the brand studio, manage content strategy, and oversee PR efforts, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand narrative across all channels in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Stord's brand strategy, visual identity, and narrative to ensure consistency across all platforms
  • Lead the in-house brand studio, setting creative direction and managing external agency relationships to produce high-quality work
  • Oversee content strategy and editorial calendar, creating high-value content that enhances brand affinity and drives organic pipeline
Required qualifications
  • 10 years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years in a brand leadership role in a high-growth B2B environment
  • Proven ability to build and scale a brand function from an early or underdeveloped state
  • Experience managing and developing in-house creative or brand studio teams
  • Demonstrated success in building PR programs that generate meaningful earned media coverage
  • Strong creative instincts with a well-developed point of view on design, messaging, and storytelling
