Job Summary

Driving brand and media strategy, the full-time remote Director of Brand and Media will oversee brand architecture, community engagement, and affiliate programs to generate significant organic growth and sales for a women-focused fitness brand.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop brand architecture and ensure cohesive messaging across all channels
  • Design and implement community programs and affiliate marketing strategies to enhance audience engagement
  • Launch and manage long-form content initiatives, including YouTube and podcasts, to build brand trust and visibility
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience building a brand audience with over 1M engaged followers or 30M monthly views
  • Demonstrated success in creating and managing community and ambassador programs
  • Experience in driving commerce revenue through affiliate marketing or product launches
  • Strong understanding of long-form content strategy and analytics
  • Ability to manage multiple brand voices and talents simultaneously
