Job Summary

Leading the creative direction for major campaigns and brand moments, the full-time remote Director of Brand Experience will shape storytelling strategies, mentor design teams, and partner with various departments to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead creative direction for campaigns, product launches, and executive communications, translating complex ideas into clear stories and memorable experiences
  • Guide and mentor an in-house design team, setting high standards for storytelling, brand consistency, and presentation quality
  • Collaborate with marketing and growth teams to develop impactful campaign ideas across multiple channels, balancing brand-building with business performance
Required qualifications
  • 12+ years of creative experience in brand design, integrated campaigns, and multi-channel storytelling
  • 5+ years of experience leading design teams or directing complex creative programs at a senior level
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand systems, executive presentations, and polished design execution
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and advanced skills in PowerPoint and/or Keynote for executive-level presentations
  • Experience in writing creative briefs and managing relationships with external creative partners
