Job Summary

To lead brand strategy and execution, the full-time remote Director of Brand Management will define high-level brand positioning, develop integrated marketing calendars, and partner with creative teams to create compelling multichannel campaigns.

Key responsibilities
  • Define market- and segment-based strategies for effective communication with diverse audiences
  • Develop campaign platforms and multichannel briefs that align with brand strategy across various channels
  • Monitor competitor brand positioning and advocate for underutilized marketing channels based on strategic rationale
Required qualifications
  • 6-10 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or brand strategy
  • Proven track record of building strategic frameworks and integrated marketing calendars in complex organizations
  • Strong understanding of various marketing channels, including TV, CRM, social media, and PR
  • Ability to influence without direct authority and make evidence-based recommendations
  • Experience with AI tools and a passion for utilizing technology to enhance marketing workflows
