Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the freelance Director of Integrated Brand Marketing will manage cross-functional alignment across various channels while working remotely from the East or West Coast.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead integrated campaign coordination across major workstreams, ensuring teams remain aligned and on schedule
  • Develop and manage a master campaign plan with clear milestones, owners, deliverables, and interdependencies
  • Facilitate weekly cross-functional meetings with internal teams, agencies, and external vendors to maintain momentum and accountability
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in integrated marketing, campaign management, or brand operations
  • Strong consumer brand or CPG experience with an understanding of cross-channel collaboration
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns across various marketing disciplines
  • Experience incorporating retail media strategy into campaign planning and execution
  • Outstanding project management capabilities, including timeline creation and stakeholder coordination
