Job Summary

Leading the enterprise strategy for brand and digital experience, the full-time remote Director of Brand Marketing will oversee brand governance, digital modernization initiatives, and the development of content strategy to enhance member experience across all platforms.

Key responsibilities
  • Leads the development and governance of the enterprise-wide brand strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
  • Oversees the strategy and performance of digital channels, enhancing user experience and ensuring adherence to brand standards
  • Guides a team focused on digital experience, brand governance, and content strategy while translating business objectives into measurable KPIs
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of eight years of progressive marketing experience, including five years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated experience in brand strategy and digital marketing within a complex or regulated environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
