Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Brand Partnerships to lead high-impact partnerships and experiential initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term partnerships and events strategy aligned with brand objectives
- Lead partner outreach, pitch development, and deal negotiations through to contract close
- Oversee end-to-end execution of partnerships, activations, and events, ensuring timely and on-brand delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in brand partnerships roles
- 5+ years of experience managing direct reports and scaling a team
- Proven track record negotiating and executing partnerships across various categories
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects and campaigns end-to-end
