Job Summary

Bringing deep expertise in paid and organic social, the full-time Director of Brand Performance will manage client accounts, develop brand strategies, and launch organic social services for B2B SaaS and tech companies in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day paid social accounts for a portfolio of mid-market and enterprise clients, optimizing for business objectives
  • Develop and execute overarching brand performance strategies and build brand assets to enhance client engagement
  • Design and launch Obility's organic social service offering, establishing best practices and scalable workflows
Required qualifications
  • 6+ years of digital marketing experience with a focus on organic and paid social in B2B demand generation
  • Proven experience in developing brand strategies and creative asset frameworks for B2B companies
  • Track record of managing paid social accounts for mid-market or enterprise B2B SaaS or tech clients
  • Experience with automation and AI workflows for content development
  • Strong presentation skills with experience presenting to director-level and C-suite executives
