Job Summary
Reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer, the full-time Director of Brand Strategy will shape the brand's identity as a premium global name, focusing on brand positioning, narrative frameworks, and creative principles while collaborating closely with senior leadership to drive innovative brand strategies.
Key responsibilities
- Own brand strategy and narrative architecture to establish a premium brand identity
- Build master brand stories and messaging frameworks that unify product tiers under a coherent narrative
- Define creative principles and guardrails to ensure consistent global storytelling while allowing for local relevance
Required qualifications
- Significant experience in brand strategy and creative direction for a consumer brand
- Proven ability to work directly with executive leadership, including founders and CEOs
- Experience scaling brands across multiple regions with an understanding of global consistency and local relevance
- Cultural fluency with insights into sport, fitness, performance, and wellness as cultural forces
- Ability to lead through influence and ideas rather than direct management
