Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and build strategic relationships, the full-time remote Director of Broker Partnerships will own and scale the broker channel strategy, develop executive-level partnerships, and lead a high-performing team to create a sustainable revenue channel.
Key responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term vision and go-to-market strategy for broker partnerships
- Build and scale a high-impact broker channel that drives pipeline and revenue contribution
- Lead and develop a team responsible for partner acquisition and growth
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or broker ecosystems
- Strong background working with benefits brokers or broker-led sales models
- Deep expertise in HCM, HR tech, payroll, or adjacent SaaS industries
- Proven track record of building and scaling broker sales channels and owning revenue targets
- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders
