Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Core Brokerage Operations and Clearing.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational workflows across brokerage and clearing ecosystems, including Futures and Prediction Markets
• Drive automation and operational efficiency initiatives to enhance scalability and accuracy
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in brokerage or clearing operations, with expertise in Futures and/or Prediction Markets
• Strong operational knowledge of equities, options, settlements, reconciliations, and margin management
• Experience with financial market infrastructure providers such as clearing firms and exchanges
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environments
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on operational excellence and accountability
