Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Analysis and Insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing team to deliver strategic insights
- Oversee analytical initiatives to uncover actionable insights on marketplace dynamics and user behavior
- Collaborate with senior leadership to shape and operationalize the company's strategic roadmap
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, analytics, or business intelligence roles
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Expert SQL skills and proficiency in at least one additional programming language
- Experience with BI tools and advanced Excel or Google Sheets capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to link analytics to business outcomes and influence strategic decisions
