Director of Business Analysis

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Analysis & Process Improvement (Enrollment) to lead process improvement initiatives and support strategic execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead process improvement initiatives and provide analytical support for strategic development
• Develop operational tools and train team members on their usage across the organization
• Drive organizational change and performance initiatives while providing internal consulting support

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Engineering, Operations, Economics, or a related field
• Five years of experience in transformation, change management, or strategy consulting
• Two years of leadership or management experience
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Master's degree preferred
