Key Responsibilities

• Translate client business objectives into an information management and business intelligence strategy
• Support the development of the shared service model and enhance technology tools for account use
• Act as a trusted advisor for performance and business intelligence processes, providing regular updates to clients and colleagues

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 5 years of relevant work experience, with 3 years in performance management preferred
• Process management experience with a results-driven approach
• Client relationship management experience, particularly with senior executives
• Experience in visualizing data to derive actionable intelligence
