Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director II, Business Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate key business operating processes including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Drive performance management by ensuring timely and reliable KPIs are available for decision-making
• Translate financial results and forecasts into narratives that support strategic decisions and influence stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA and/or CPA preferred
• 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations
• Strong financial acumen, including operational and financial planning
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools
• Experience with financial systems such as SAP or HFM
