Director of Business Analytics

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Analytics to help scale its analytics function and enhance data utilization for growth and security.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish scalable analytics processes, data governance, KPI frameworks, and best practices
• Partner with leaders to define the long-term analytics roadmap and support the CFO with financial analysis and forecasting
• Grow and mentor the business analytics team while conducting ad-hoc analyses to uncover performance drivers

Required Qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or VC/PE, transitioning into analytics or FP&A leadership roles
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing analytics teams
• Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills
• Strong experience with Tableau or similar BI tools
• Familiarity with modern data stacks such as Snowflake, dbt, or Fivetran
