Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Director of Business Consulting and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement analytics strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth
• Analyze healthcare data to provide insights into health plan results and identify process improvement opportunities
• Ensure data quality and compliance by establishing data governance policies and optimizing data infrastructure

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 10+ years of experience analyzing complex data and translating it into actionable insights
• Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with health plan analysis
• Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office, Advanced Tableau, Power BI, Access, and Excel; knowledge of SQL/SAS and Python preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred or specialized training/relevant professional qualification
• Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) is preferred
