Director of Business Analytics

Job Summary

Leading a high-performing analytics organization, the remote Director of Business Analytics will own the analytics vision for Marketing, Sales, and Finance, serving as a strategic partner to leadership while driving data-driven decision-making across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Own the analytics vision and roadmap, connecting analytical work to business outcomes and driving strategic decisions
• Lead, develop, and grow a team of 15+ analysts, setting high standards for analytical quality and business partnership
• Serve as the primary analytics partner to commercial and financial leadership, translating complex data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analytics or a related analytical function, with a focus on Marketing, Sales, or Finance
• 5+ years of experience managing analytics teams and developing high-performing analytical talent
• Demonstrated experience as a strategic analytics partner to senior leaders, with the ability to synthesize complex information
• Strong SQL skills and proficiency with BI tools and modern data stacks
• Experience building scalable analytics processes and frameworks across multiple business domains
