Director of Business Consulting

Job Summary

To drive customer transformation and ensure measurable business value from NICE solutions, the full-time remote Director of Business Consulting will lead a team of consultants focused on optimizing quality, analytics, and AI capabilities within the contact center CX landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing consulting organization, ensuring delivery excellence and customer satisfaction
• Oversee the adoption and optimization of NICE solutions, translating high-level strategy into structured processes for measurable outcomes
• Manage VRS business performance, including revenue, bookings, and operational metrics, while serving as a trusted advisor to senior customer executives

Required Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in consulting, CX strategy, or contact center transformation within enterprise software/SaaS
• Proven success in leading consulting teams to deliver measurable business value through CX technology solutions
• Strong understanding of CCaaS, analytics, and AI-driven CX capabilities
• Expertise in Interaction/Speech/Text analytics and quality management, with familiarity in NICE CXone or comparable platforms
• MBA or advanced degree in Business, Analytics, Data Strategy, or a related field
