A company is looking for a Director of Business Controls Consumer Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a Business Controls and Quality Assurance team managing risk assessments and QA routines across Consumer Lending Partners
• Develop and execute a quality assurance strategy aligned with regulatory and operational goals, ensuring consistent review processes
• Oversee internal and external exam readiness, acting as the primary contact for auditors and regulators

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consumer lending, risk management, quality assurance, or audit
• Strong understanding of consumer lending regulations and operational processes
• Proven success leading business control or QA teams in a financial services environment
• Hands-on experience with QA programs, automated testing, and data analysis tools
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience
