Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Director Business Development, International EU.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and analyze new business development opportunities and execute capture/growth strategies
• Influence stakeholders and customers on win strategies and drive all capture and business development lifecycle opportunities
• Stay current on market trends and provide analysis on competitive RFPs to understand customer requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business Development, Marketing, or a related field
• Extensive knowledge in business development, capture management, and program management
• Demonstrated ability to work with senior business and government leaders
• Experience developing account plans and capture plans for new business opportunities
• Background in the Aerospace and Defense Industry or related sectors
