Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - SaaS - Clinical Trial Experience Platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, and closing new business with pharma and biotech sponsors
- Develop and grow senior-level relationships across clinical operations, digital health, and patient recruitment teams
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline while maintaining accurate forecasts in HubSpot CRM
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of quota-carrying sales or business development experience in life sciences
- 5+ years of experience selling clinical technology or patient/site engagement solutions to pharma/biotech
- Proven success in closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
- Deep understanding of clinical trial operations and participant engagement challenges
