Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality proposals and concept notes for institutional funders, ensuring alignment with donor guidelines
• Facilitate proposal coordination and maintain internal communication regarding roles and deadlines
• Conduct outreach to potential donors and monitor donor trends to identify new funding opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; graduate degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in grant writing, proposal development, and fundraising
• Proven track record in Business Development and fundraising, particularly with foundations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Previous direct service/program work in refugee assistance preferred
