Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development and Client Relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers in the loan origination sector
• Drive new business development and maintain existing client relationships
• Represent the organization at industry events and develop strategic insights for client engagement

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive relationships and knowledge of loan origination companies
• Experience in investment banking or secondary marketing trading
• Background in mortgage, real estate, or structured products in financial services
• Experience in structured products, lending, or residential loan sales
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management, with Salesforce experience preferred
