Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Platform Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refine and execute a go-to-market strategy aligned with STAR-centric mission and partner goals
  • Define and lead an end-to-end sales process for strategic partnerships with HR and Job Tech companies
  • Partner with internal teams to identify leads and ensure seamless partner onboarding and success


Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience working with ATS, HRIS, HCM, or talent marketplace companies
  • Experience navigating buying cycles in B2B SaaS environments, particularly in HR technology
  • Proven track record in consultative sales or business development with multi-stakeholder alignment
  • Experience managing new business pipelines through Salesforce or similar CRM
  • Passionate about STARs and economic mobility
