Key Responsibilities

• Source and cultivate potential acquisition targets, creating actionable deal theses based on market knowledge
• Oversee due diligence processes and cross-functional assessments to evaluate assets and identify integration plans

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or business leadership with a focus on inorganic activity
• Significant experience in the Healthcare and MedTech sectors
• MBA and a technical degree are preferred
• Proven track record of successful business transformation and strategic leadership
• Advanced experience in due diligence processes for acquisitions
