Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new strategic alliances with key customers
• Research customers' business strategies and align resources for mutual benefit
• Collaborate with the Business Development Team and Finance Department to manage budgets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
• 7 years of progressively advancing account management and/or business development experience
• Experience in the EMS / CMO / engineering business environment
• Knowledge of Strategic Selling techniques
• Understanding of key financial metrics and ability to read P&L and balance sheets
