Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships as the primary point of contact for existing partners
• Drive strategic growth through the development and execution of business plans tailored to partner goals
• Optimize performance by analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improving business KPIs

Required Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required)
• 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• A data-driven approach to decision-making with the ability to analyze complex situations
• Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
