Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to achieve growth objectives
• Identify and manage new business opportunities, facilitating negotiations and reaching closure
• Lead cross-functional teams in due diligence and negotiate transactions

Required Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading and closing strategic collaboration and licensing agreements
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is required
• MBA or Ph.D. is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, investment banking, or management consulting
• Industry background in diagnostics, software, life sciences, or private equity/venture capital
