Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Foster strong partner relationships by serving as the primary point of contact
• Drive strategic growth by developing and executing structured business plans or quarterly OKRs

Required Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree (preferred but not required)
• 6+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Data-driven decision-making skills with the ability to analyze complex situations
