Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new strategic alliances with key customers
• Research and align customer business strategies with company resources
• Assist current accounts in developing product roadmaps and manage HR strategies for talent acquisition

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
• 8-10 years of related experience in business development
• Experience in the EMS / CMO / engineering business environment
• Experience working with Cloud or Enterprise customers in a Sales setting
• Knowledge of strategic selling techniques and understanding of key financial metrics
