Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate high-leverage opportunities that drive impact for members and partners
• Own the end-to-end build and execution of new initiatives, ensuring accountability for performance and sustainability
• Develop a repeatable launch function to consistently evaluate and act on new business opportunities

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare strategy and operations, with a proven track record in scaling initiatives
• Experience in consulting, investing, or corporate strategy, combined with healthcare operating experience
• Demonstrated ability to own large-scale initiatives from concept through launch and scale
• Strong financial and strategic fluency, including risk assessment and P&L decision-making
• Experience in health tech business development and operations, particularly in oncology value-based care
