Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development - Hospice - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Hire, direct, train, and supervise the sales team at the agency level
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and healthcare professionals
• Assist in overseeing the referral to admissions process to achieve growth goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare sales (preferred)
• Knowledge of home health or hospice care (preferred)
• Demonstrated solid computer skills for Microsoft Outlook and CRM software
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be self-motivated
