Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development to lead and scale their Global BDR organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, scale, and develop a global BDR organization across multiple regions
• Define and execute global business development strategy, including outbound motion and account prioritization
• Establish and optimize BDR operating rhythms, including goals, KPIs, and performance management

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading global or multi-regional BDR / Business Development teams
• Strong track record of scaling teams and delivering pipeline targets
• Demonstrated ability to align BDR strategy with Sales and GTM priorities
• Experience in complex, matrixed, global organizations with strong leadership presence
• Deep understanding of pipeline economics and forecasting
