Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development and Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the global partner strategy, defining partner archetypes and GTM motions
• Source, negotiate, and close foundational partnerships with strategic partners and technology alliances
• Build and execute joint GTM plans and collaborate cross-functionally to drive partner strategy

Required Qualifications

• 10-15+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Alliances within the enterprise software space
• Proven track record of creating partner strategies and programs
• Experience in sourcing and closing complex, multi-party enterprise deals
• Technical fluency with infrastructure-level technologies such as distributed systems or data streaming
• Experience operating in global markets with high cultural fluency
