Key Responsibilities

• Lead the identification and pursuit of strategic business opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships
• Manage the business development team and direct project scope, budget, and resources
• Develop business strategies and frameworks while maintaining relationships with key partners and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Laboratory Medicine, Pathology, Molecular Biology, or related discipline
• Five years of experience in biotechnology business development or related fields
• Experience with NGS (next generation sequencing) or molecular diagnostics
• Expertise in oncology and financial modeling for business opportunities
• Demonstrated people leadership and project management skills
