Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Payor Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of payer/health plan go-to-market strategy
• Conduct ongoing competitive analysis and provide market insights
• Assist the Chief Commercial Officer on priority commercial initiatives and cross-functional projects

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in healthcare, healthcare technology, consulting, or payer-adjacent roles
• Strong understanding of value-based care and payer-provider dynamics
• Experience working with health plans and/or provider organizations
• Prior experience in sales, business development, or commercial strategy preferred
• Bachelor's degree required; business, economics, or healthcare-related degree preferred
