Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development and Client Relations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and decision-makers at loan originators
• Drive new business development and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Represent the organization at industry events and track business development initiatives

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Extensive relationships with loan origination companies
• Experience in investment banking or secondary marketing trading
• Background in mortgage, real estate, or structured products at financial services firms
• Experience in structured products, lending, or real estate underwriting
• Strong skills in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and database management, with Salesforce experience preferred
