Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Life Sciences
• Proven experience in selling CRO services
• Experience with phases 2-3 trials
• Expertise in clinical trial budgets, proposals, and contracts
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach teams and foster a positive culture
