Key Responsibilities

• Build the business development function from the ground up, including defining the ideal customer profile and outreach strategy
• Identify, pursue, and close new enterprise-level customers in the P&C space
• Develop and manage a qualified pipeline, collaborating with leadership to inform go-to-market strategies

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in the P&C insurance or insurance technology sector
• Proven experience in sourcing and closing enterprise-level deals
• Experience in building business development infrastructure, including pipeline tools and outreach playbooks
• Strong executive presence and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transformation-stage environment
