Director of Business Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Business Development, Learning and Development in the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up meetings with key decision makers to identify, qualify, consult, and close opportunities
• Proactively target new accounts and expand existing accounts
• Create and update Strategic Account Development Plans while managing client relationships

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree is the minimum educational requirement
• 7-10 years of proven experience in selling Learning and Development services to the pharmaceutical industry
• Prior experience achieving quotas in the range of $2M+
• Demonstrated ability to break into new accounts and develop client relationships
• Experience with SalesForce as a CRM tool for pipeline tracking is desired
